alright, its the time for me to start this theard. First of all dont think that im rank hungry or something, but c'mon im still trial. Maybe i am doing something wrong? If soo let me known about it, i can change some things.  The point of this is not to get some cool rank or smth but to become finally full member, cause right now i feel very demotivated like no one sees my loyality, hard work etc.
