Charlie about your court case,I took look at it and found few things you should add.

1.They jumped on conclusion you had a gun yet did not performed a search on you to have a valid reason to throw you  out from pier. 

2.They had no any rights asking you to leave public area as following above haven't been done.

3. Pier was not on lock down,as an Officer apart of that operation I can confirm that Pier was used only for sniper to stand by. CBF clearly stated locked down area is the one covered with fences,which in case was not pier entrance,only tunnel under the pier.

4.Investigation can not be given by suspecting officer,there must be third party to interrogate nor his refusal to hand you one was valid,therefore Caion also dealt with report wrong. 

5. They claimed they asked you to leave public property,however they  done it in every  way possible wrong as above stated,therefore they had no valid reason what so ever to suspect you.  Just because Gandalf was attending to the party didn't means they now can execute anyone closing eyes on public rights signed by Gandalf him self. 

Also I'll attempt speak with CBF about closed report as it was dealt wrong,nor the judge Arslan statements,therefore your court case probably will be closed due Arslan having same opinion,yet report will be dealt on as this all is made up assumptions by group of people having seemingly no clue how to perform as an officer.

So what they did wrong : Did not performed a search rather stick on to assumption,refused investigation,suspected officer took your investigation in his own hands while it's not allowed,violating your citizen rights by asking you leave public property which was not on lockdown ,false suspection as crime was not valid in specific situation .

Those could be crashes which would have to be investigated through logs.

I completely understand, but it was indeed Corleone members who started it. I will not let my members get accused of things in situations where the other party did several rule breaks as well.
