However can you please clear up the whole "inactivity" thing. If a group has a total of 50 members and 15 are active does that really count as inactivity? I mean 15 members can contribute quite a lot and it's not like groups, especially the older ones, are going to be kick some of their old players just because of inactivity; it's always been like that.

What criteria should we have for groups to be eligible to become official?
Good track record (close to zero rulebreaking)

Once one of these statuses has been given to a group, we do expect them to still follow it and if we that a group is breaking one of these criterias and nothing is being done to fix it after several chances from HQ, we can revoke the status.

Your active members have gathered more or less 70 punishments since you hit Official and since they are part of your group.
I doubt 70 is "Close to zero rulebreaking".

Other groups are dealing good with it by directly kicking out the people who are fucking around within their group.

I joined Corleone and I am an active member. According to the things which you are saying, I added 11 punishment points to Corleone group. If the group leaders can't know about punishment lists of their member, how can they lead it perfectly?

Also forgot to say, I had this 11 punishmets before I join Corleone.
