Daniel, I got an idea.
Since we're a mafia, i think we should change the following rank names:

Leader - change to 'Don' or 'Capo di tutti capi' (which means Boss of all bosses, in Italian)
Head of [insert] division - change to '[division] Capo' (which means 'boss'  or 'head'  in Italian)

Some small idea's, not great but maybe good:

2 stars - 'Bruglione' (so first the picture of 2 stars with 'Bruglione' next to it, Bruglione is the second highest rank after Capo, you might recognise this from games as Omerta)
1 star - 'Local Chief' / 'Chief' / 'Assasin'
