I know I should not be judgeing your applicants but I do not reccomend this one, Me and Jack Anceltti were in a car chase with Stracci when out of no where this guy comes and rams us and that results in us ramming a car with Ness Ancelotti in it which resulted in the whole chase being ruined, And then I pmed him saying "Learn too drive" and he pmed me saying "I meant too" then I get another PM saying "Im Stracci" then I pm him back saying "You cant Ram like that" and then later on also in a battle with Stracci he got involved by shooting with out RP reason.

To be honnest, he is a Stracci outsider, since he is Flash brother either IG either IRL. So he just helped us... Sometimes he have a retarded behaviour, but if he want he can RP better alot than much of the people who judge him.

Seriously, choose carefully. Pick a permanent group, not picking the group just because they are active.

First of all, yes I am a Stracci outsider, I helped the Stracci because you were chasing them, ramming you wasn't meant to be a RP ruin, I rammed you to make you slow and so they can run away.
Second, I didn't get involved by "shooting without RP reason", all I did is go to the Stracci Headquarters and I got shot immediately, then I returned to the Stracci HQ to get my bike back, I got shot, so don't say bullshit.
