I think you should start enforcing the 'no spam, no off topic' rules, as your thread is real messy, I mean 'msn chatlog' messy!


ALso, PM the name of the contractors. This is not for personal gain, or any revenge. I require the names of the contractors.

Man the hits were aproved by the leadership , I thought it was time for me do some of the dirty work myself , xcasio took it like a man ...

furthermore the hits were placed on the forum (so you could check by the timestamp)so there is no dm , it was not personal , it was bussines ,and i warned you , yes in the admin chat , so what , you knew . one more thing i asked you to show me where it says hits have to be announced in the chat ? there has been a discussion about this recently HERE : http://www.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=7662.0

O one more thing where is it stated that I don't respect ALS ? I anticipated this commotion for some part Thats why i did the hits on the two fellow admins .

IF there is a defined non agression pact I am not aware of it and I would have never aproved of the hit . But Daniel would know of such an agreement and he also knew about the hits so I suggest a meeting to take place in the near future so we can reevaluate the pact . :cool:

Myself as a division leader, hire lower ranked corleones to do hits.
and yes, incase when the higher ranked members get bored, the do it too.

If you want to arrange hits on us for training purposes then we can discuss beforehand and I will agree to this.

  Otherwise, there are rules for being hitman (although scattered around the forum). Firstly, Abraham you have to have a reason for hiring a hitman on someone. The hitman should know the reason, so can RP better as he knows reason. (Reasons not valid include 'I am a bored high ranking member', 'I dont like him', 'I am a vampire, I need to feed' etc...) Hitmen can be imaginative. DOnt always have to use guns, a car in the river/ down a cliff if you capture the guy and tie him etc (if they are good RPer, they will die in untracable explosion, or be smeared over an unaccesable rock face)... anyone can pull someone over and blast with tec9.... very original...

  Second thing. Without a reason, or even with a reason, a Corleone member hiring another Corleone member to kill someone, especially with no trace of the contractor (as was the case before) gives all Corleone members the excuse to DM, giving the reason "oh he hired me to do the hit, ask him". Im not accusing you of this of course, but it is a system that can be abused, and if a hitman agency isnt proffesional, they can be in shit very soon (see past hitman agencies). One of the golden rules of beig hitman is to announce the hit via an RP source (phone preferably, or mainchat) and should be done before the hit (in mainchat or via /ad will let admins and moderators know that it wouldnt be deathmatch. Regular layers breaking rules are severely punished (no joke, ref: many banned topics). So I do suggest you do not hire own members, unless for training purposes or if there is a valid reason which should be known by all players...

  I have emailed [email protected] to ask the main admins for more guidelines on hitman, as it should be classed as a job.

  I hope this has cleared a few things up. Although not official, I hope you consider some of the issues the hitman job can present, and find a way to make a succesful business out of it, without damaging your reputation, because that could prove the hardest challenge (referance to other hitman agencies...).

Hey i pulled this of the Argonatrpg site these are the MTA rules there are NO SAMP hitman rules but there is NO anounce in the chat rule

  So you want to be a hitman? And you go around the streets shooting people and telling them "I shot you because I am a hitman"? Bad move, you will be labelled a deathmatcher and be kicked or banned.
    Then how can you become a hitman? First of all you need to find someone who will hire you.  That means that they, while the target of the hit is in game, must put out a contract for a hitman, or hire you to kill the target player.
    Then you can go to the target and kill. And do not forget to collect your reward as soon as you killed your target.
  And remeber that the best hitmen are invisible, do their job suddenly and without causing a lot of noise or fire, and do not make any damage to other than their targets.
 
The hitman rules

    Your hitman reward should be send after finishing job. In other way, if admin did not find the fact of your paying, he can punish you for attacking without a reason. Hitman can be hired by every person. But only for the proper reasons. Such reasons like "I do not like him" are not counting as correct hitman contract.
    Also the hit is a one-time only contract. If you are killed by the target, the contract is off and you need to negotiate a new contract. Follow these rules and you are a hitman. Disobey them and you are a deathmatcher.

Btw I shot you 5 times in the face with a silenced pistol . And again there is only TALK of anouncing in the main chat no RULE it is by no means a set rule

when you get hit the hitman decides when and where you die thats the surprise in it , and like i sayd i warned you . AND if you would be so kind as to follow the link In my previous post you will see that in the new scripts there is a solution .

here it is again , kojak (main admin)speaks on the subject and gandalf also , neither say there is such a rule and trust me if abe doesnt produce a good reason for the hit his name is next .. :poke:

Next time I will post a reason, but Jcstodds, we are a large mafia and we HAVE to give our members jobs from time to time so they do not get bored, and these hits where both announced like he said, they where announced in the admin chat. The reason for the hit was for disrespecting me and one of my companies. I do believe that disrespecting a high status mafia member in real life will cause your own death.

These hits where not only announced in the ADMINS CHAT, but also on the god damn FORUMS, under your own section, where you are the god damn moderator. And as Ignazio said there are no rules about saying anything in main chat.

But next time I put out a hit on these forums, I will remember to give a good reason and tell all the members to announce it in mainchat, all for your comfort.

and about disrespecting the vinewood pact, please remember that it's not a one sided pact, that Corleones are supposed to be good vs. you but not vise versa. I'm not saying this is the case (it is) but I believe we need to renew this pact, as these are newer days and we also have allot of new members who where not aware of this "pact".

Yeah I have a problem with Jc's reaction too , He knew he was going to be hit STILL he complains , I guess hes one of those people who thinks ALL killing is DM ...

If Somone puts a price on your head and tells you you are going to be hit and then kills you ONE TIME its not dm !

But hey guys you said Jcstodds didn't check the hitman announce in our topic,it was his fault, thats crap, (Sorry ) he cannot check all topics if a hit is announced on him.
I think all should forget this hitman thing.
And i think there shouldn't be hits on allies, it should be a family rule.
Just my opinion, if somebody has problems with it, ok ...
