Greetings, I may have no relationship with the current situation however I can say that he is only roleplaying a tough cop, and yes he won't stop just cause other got an admin status (I am not in any way saying that ben does not respect the rest of the team or anything) but I mean, he is not really meaning it, When your characters in game are roleplaying if you also comply and more, you can drop a shut up to others..(Not out of random.) however when we say it's not allowed to use it, I believe is on the public chat, where they talk general for game and many things.

Flaming in local chat is still considered flaming in accordance with the server owners. There is no recognition of a difference between IC and OOC from the servers upto date, when it changes please let me know. Admins should be setting an example to the other players, not breaking rules and getting away with it just because they are administrators - that is just an abuse of the trust they were given.

I can safely say this was not the first offence, or even the second or third.

You weren't even online anywhere near the time this happened so what gave you the right to jumping in? You tempbanned a group of Corleones for a wrong reason which I first thought was a genuine mistake of some sort, but now it just looks like you want to try and defame us. We have sorted out the mistake you made and drawn a line under it however do not think even for a moment that you will get away with trying to spoil our name.

If you are that stuck up that you see a just punishment as a hate attack from the administration team - do not expect your stay on Argonath to be very long.

The administration does not "hate" anyone. We are neutral when making decisions, and we have to be. Being able to remain neutral is why we were chosen to be administrators in the first place.

Which is why I was told by a developer today that he hated a certain banned player on MSN. Yeah sure. You are instructed to remain completely impartial and not to let your own personal views cloud your judgement, but obviously it does happen in some cases as in real life such as newspapers and the political bias that they have towards a certain movement or party.

Anyway, Corleone hasn't done anything along the lines of cophunting. The farthest they went was provoking, which was damn well deserved in my opinion. I've caught SRU officer Kirby pissing in public ON public property - namely, Gvardia Hotel. I could only imagine the things they do outside of what I've seen. SRU is infamous for having a provocative attitude towards criminals, particularly those associated with large groups. Those criminals are then inclined subconsciously to "get them back," in a way. SRU is only given immunity due to the almighty power of the /ban...

I urge developers to check logs when cops came uninvited into private Corleone property (the graveyard) with the monster truck to see whether it was us who caused the provocation or not. From what I can see with this whole boxing in thing, the Corleone members didn't even hit the SRU cars, whereas our limousine was blown up in the graveyard. The cops boxed in a Sentinel of ours with members of ours still inside for several minutes and I fail to see when we did not find it a joke and did not start moaning yet instead tried to sort it out ourselves we are the only ones who are punished. I think it was just a taste of their own medicine. The whole reason we even went to the graveyard was to avoid the cops and this constant orange hunting nature that the server cops in general have at the moment, once again I encourage those applicable to check the Corleone CB logs for me actually specifically mentioning this as one of the reasons of the purchase of the property.

As for provocation....from the looks of the 100+ screenshots I have seen, and logs, the criminals seem to provoke SRU more than you claim SRU provokes criminals....

Are you trying to represent the admin team here or something like a manager who has access to the [email protected] email? It is not the admin teams fault, it was just a single admin who made a mistake for banning people for an incident that was provoked by a previous incident minutes before by the same people. You can't call one admin the whole admin team, neither can you be some kind of lawyer for the admin team or the SAPD without being severely ridiculed.
