Just a side note - I still don't understand why SRU are not obliged to ask for surrender as shown in the video. They never asked for a pull over once, neither did they ask for you two to surrender. You weren't a threat as you weren't even aiming at them, so how hard would it have been to type /s1 or /s2? It's not even classed as an elite ARPD group like SWAT or FBI, I think FBI was allowed to shoot people on sight without asking for surrender but can someone from SRU post where it says they are allowed to do the same, especially when not dealing with suspects who could be considered a threat?
