Advice to those with a screenshot without a time and date in CET:

Right click it -> Properties. Then look for "Created" somewhere around the middle. Copy that date and time down, navigate to here, and put the time and date into the correct areas, and include YOUR time zone at the "from" box. Put CET for the other timezone (to quickly find it, just hit C when you click inside of the box - it should take you near it at the very least).
