Yes sir-e and that was absolutely fine but I believe the top speeds of some cars are limited and nowadays with SRU driving Buffalos and Sultans all the time its freaking pointless to even try and evade them with anything slower than say a Premier/Elegant.

These Elegants are not supposed to be used as getaway vehicles. So, no getting suspected in them. Same goes for the limousine, although it's faster than most cars.

I never noticed. But as far as I know there's no real realistic way a server can edit the speed specification of vehicles.

I also have no idea why Argonath would do it if it were possible. Perhaps you mean single player?
