So I needed to think of a plan, which would get me the right choise. This plan I thought of, was a trial system, I would first test Ignazio. But now, his trial period is over. And it's time to get to our second contestent. The only guy who could manage to compete with Ignazio, Brad. Yes, I called out for a meeting between me, Brad and Ignazio to discuss it. So from now on, Brad and Ignazio will swap places for about 2 weeks. Brad will be the new co-leader, and Ignazio will be a division leader. You told Ignazio that he was the Co-Leader and now he's not what's next am I also going to hear that I was just on a trail and al the division leader and trainers are to. If this realy was a plan you should have just told them they/he should have known that they/he where on trail. and dont tell me that if they knuw they where on trail they would try harder or less hard, becouse thats not true.
