You make very enthusiastic police officers sound like a bad thing.

Do I have to consider, getting killed, while standing and beeing unarmed?

Just get your hands up, do what they say and you won't be killed. If you prefer to let your arrogance lead you and argue with the police, then deal with your fate.

As soon as someone gets orange the game:" WHO KILLS THE ORANGE DOT FIRST" starts.

Your extended role play defies the purpose of us having an automatic suspecting system in the first place. It's a game, so don't expect everything to be realistic.

In terms of role play, if you're automatically suspected for killing, then assume that the police have already investigated everything, have concluded that you are the culprit and have you out on wanted.

They know and they don't have the patience to listen to your lies.
