i know it denied.
the one who said to post another request is Lukas_Montana
i said they wont accept and he didnt listen.

First of all, facts right. Admin who banned you is TeaM_JayL. Date is 10 days ago and reason is Constantly rulebreaking and ignoring admins, threatening to use hacks. So what is your explanation  for your actions?

Promising to not do it anymore is not really helping you. I mean ofcourse you are not doing it again because you want unban. Your previous request got denied and you know why. So shouldn't be suprise that this is also denied because you blew it with that ban evading.

Just to add. I have at least banned you three times for ban evading. Many other admins have also banned you for evading.
