Ive installed SA and downgraded it, then I downloaded SAMP. I opened SAMP up and loaded the Argo server, but when I double click the server I get the spinning disk Icon, then nothing.

Is there any way to fix this, so I can actually load the server?

Im currently running XP on that machine, due to my Network card trouble on my Vista PC

Always first try the single player.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

I re-installed it, and SP is doing exactly the same thing. Is there any way to fix this?
