I have a question

As the topic said, i have a question:

If I drive a car, and a person (who's not the owner of the car) ask me to stop, and i'm refusing to do it, do he have the rights to kill me?

I was driving a limo owned by [ALS]Biffo, and Hell_89 ask me to stop. I'm refusing, because he's not the owner. He kills me, and his excuse was that he works for ALS and he have the rights to kill me if i'm driving the limo.
I don't think this is right.
For the first: ALS don't own all limos a ALS members is owning, the limo is [ALS]Biffo's limo, therotically, it's not the whole clans limo.
The second: Even if a person owns a car, i have the rights to drive it, unless the owner wants me to get out. Hell_89 isn't the owner, but he killed me anyway, because i refused to stop.

So, Ron, Gandalf and all other admins, is this right? Doesn't i have the rights to drive a car that is owned by another player? And most important: does a player who is not the owner have the rights to kill me because i refuse to get out of the car?

Hell_89 Done this and we are taking this into serious consideration and ask him to tell us why he is going round viglante.

This is a serious event and ALS will deal with it ASAP.

Wazza, if it's true what you're saying that you haven't hired Hell_89 to do this, i think you might avoid a warning. It would be very good if Ron checked the logs to see if ALS and Hell_89 had a deal about this.

I can say that I know nothing of any deal between ALS and hell 89. If there is a deal then, as a co-owner, I would have been informed.
I will also appologise on behalf of ALS and I can assure you we will do everything in our power to make sure that this does not happen again.

 :ps: I will be out for reasons outlined in my going out topic, so I will appreciate it if jcstodds will text me on anything that related to this topic to keep me informed.

the exact same thing happened to me. Nirtrox said i has to pay to drive wdoyles limo even though he wasnt online. and then he blew up my limo. But im just telling this im not criticizing ALS as i know that it states on your rules that this is not allowed. I also know nitrox is not a part of ALS anymore im just stating this to let people know that this is not allowed. Also ALS I have recieved good service from you keep up the good work. Also robby give ALS a break as it clearly wasnt their fault.

  Ok sorry, I have only recently been informed of this topic . Firstly, to make it clear - when we are not online we dont ask anyone to enforce our rental services, we dont ask anyone to enforce it online either!. Personally I only do it to sponge some cash out of new players  when I am extremely bored, it is not a rule of ALS.

  If you see our thread, we do not enforce this rule whatsoever for business purposes of ALS, just to mess people around. Hell is not ALS. EVEN when we do enforce this rule, we do NOT kill anyone for using our limos. Never have. That is our rule, it specifically says "we will never /su for using our assets. We will destroy the car"...   You will notice this in the Gangs and Groups section - we are not a clan, we are a business group. Our aim is to make money. Business comes first.

  Nitro, again isnt part of ALS. They can try and charge the use of our limos if they want, just like they can try and charge people for crossing a road, but that doesnt mean that ALS gave any orders to do this<<?. We were not involved whatsoever in your incident, it was entirely upon those players mentioned. We cannot be responsible for mistaken guidlines or players that are not ALS, how dare you blame us? You think I am willing to pay people to protect a rule that I do not enforce myself? I didnt become rich doing that I tell you!
  Also, as part of the commision (I dont know if before or after) I told hell not to try and charge them for use of the limos. Like I said, we do it to a few new players to mess aroound, we dont go around chasing people for using our limos. What we are now responsible for all players when we are offline?

  I have already apologised for the reaction witnessed by myself, however this particular incident I deny all involvement for ALS, and if you all read our thread then maybe you will get what its about. I now apologise for the inconvenience any associate of ALS has caused regardless of our involvement because I am a nice guy, I dont want to make enemies. For this reason we are starting a training period for applicants similar to AV's system [ALSn] or [ALSt] ... We will pay any costs for damages, traumatic stresses, or discomfort caused by our responces     .

And yes, I will be happy if you could pay the damages. I have to go to a psychologist two times/week (the psychologist is LoveMeister) and I have to pay $500 each time. I also have to go to a physiotherapist (the physiotherapist is Venturas, a new player, but very experienced and intelligent in the subject) one time/week because i got shot by Hell_89, and he's taking $1000. As i have done two meetings with my psychologist, that's $1000 and one with my physiotherapist, and that's $1000.

Or did GOD tell me to do it? WE ARE NOT responsible for players on the server going around killing on behalf of ALS, the same goes for anyone else killing in the name of someone else.
