Rockstars closed there applications, so there is no change of being accepted.
As i applied over 1 year ago, and i am still waiting.

If some members are inactive, then make sure to keep looking for new ones, don't give up that easily for joining and applying for something you even can't apply to due of it's closure..

Think twice before closing, that's all i can say..
