I might be wrong in saying this, but didnt The Apprentice originate in the US?
It was created by Mark Burnett who is British, but the first aired in the US, then the UK version came later.  :conf:

When the series started I wanted the fat asian dude to win, then wanted Phillip to win it as he just used to take the piss out of everyone, then I wanted Howard to win it because he was the least retarded left, then James as he was actually pretty funny. Sadly, I want Yasmina to win it, as Kate is ugly, and she screwed Phillip with her crappy accent, although Yasmina argues like a four year old, and can't see the difference between Cedarwood oil and Sandalwood oil. Kate will probably win, but the person that I wanted to win last year, Lee, won, so...
