John Vaughan was born in the United States. Heraised my Childhood and my life here, in the State of San Andreas. Later on, He found the real opportunities in Life, and he started with the Mobster life. he is very smart, he makes plans, he knows what are the right moves in the Business world. He started in the Corleone Mafia, and he was a Succesful man there. And in the Streets, John is known as a guy who no one likes to mess with.
