sorry for yesterday who were involved

hey all,

not everyone will know about what happened yesterday, mainly between me and Giacjr,
in short the reason: giac was in AV/WS/ALS channel so i asked him to leave,
he didnt leave, and there it started
firstly i asked it all nicely, but then i got angry

and as members manager of AV i should have mod rights, but sadly i never received them,
and couldnt stop it before it all went wrong

as you all probably know i had this behaviour before, under my old name i didnt like,
i changed name and with that i also tried to change my behaviour,
it worked, i did changed and got more liked
sadly you cant change yourself forever in behaviour easily,
and this time i really got pissed off by giac that i fell back in old habits

i became really angry mainly at giacjr, but also at admins for not doing anything about it
and i misbehaved myself there, i did not flame him ingame that not, but i did insulted him a bit
but i kept going on about it, yelling at them, saying admins to stop him,
but all the time everyone were against me
and it all ended up in Giacjr dming with /hits and i getting punished

this problems are not 1 sided, it was as bad from me as it came from Giac,
but i will start to say sorry

i already pmed Giacjr to say sorry to him personally,
but again i want to say sorry to him, for my behaviour


also to Gimli, David and Tai for my behaviour ingame towards them,
and to everyone else who in some way got insulted by it
im really sorry and it wont happen again, i promise that

also to winters and nexxt that i got mad at them on msn for letting giac in it,
sorry winters, you didnt had to do anything with it as it seems like

sorry nexxt for my behaviour to you also,
and thx for sorting it out, since you as another members manager did had mod rights

all i want is just to normally move on again, forgetting what happened and be friends again, as it should be

I heard everything yesterday on MSN from Several people. And i'm glad it's over now. I myself, couldn't come yesterday due to i was busy and just wasn't able to come. Therefor i'm sorry, because i would like to calm it down. I hope this won't have any bad things in the future.

I didn't like it to get the complaint - and I didn't really know how to handle this.

It is a clan channel and no-one else should be there - no one. If anyone else is not there for a significant reason any of the AV/WS/ALS mods are fully entitled to kick/ban them from the channel. We've had problems like this before, mainly with spam or people eavesdropping on a clan - clan discussion that is for the people in the channel only.

but we started discussion at AV forum, ws included in discussion, main thing we all agree:


only someone who is needed in the channel, and also wanted by all in the channel,
and when asked to leave, you leave
our channel is not a public chat, only a chat for members
