I never understood the no skin rule, samp doesnt have to send any skin data through the internet or program as it loads from the hard drive and nobody else can see the skin, stupid rule guess theyre just being cautious.

Did it come with San Andreas?
Did it come with SA:MP?
if the answer is no then it is not allowed....

The only skin Argonath allow is for VC and thats to make the cop look Sa.. hmm lol Mods/hacks may give you advantages in game thats why they are not allowed and skins can sometimes affect the game for the worse such as invisibe cars and stuff like that.. which may give you a slight advantage

Did it come with, or can it be made with SA:MP?
If the answer to these questions is no don't use it with SA:MP.

Lol back in the day on vc when i was younger i would go on dm servers and use these hacks (hack site is now dead dont ask) but anyway there was one hack that made the Airport a carpark and pretty much every mta dm server was always covered with guys on the airport with helicoptors and stuff.. good days.. But hacking and cheating is bad never do it unless your on another server other than Argonath

MTA team is not so strikt to the servers... That is why MTA:VC is fool (yeah, fool) of modifications...
That is why there are tones (compare to all number of active servers, of cos lol) of crashers, spawn vehicle servers, etc...

We do not support those modifications, but give players possibility to change skin on MTA:VC... For this - modder should send me the file and image of skin he did... If it is decent skin, like Gollum's cop skin - we'll post it on site...

SA:MP is more strikt to its servers, that are using SA:MP... That is why, according to general politic of SA:MP we do not allow ANY modifications... The one hack we allow - camerahack for movies... And in future - it will be allowed ONLY on movie server...

If you think it is stupid - ask yourselves the next question:
When Rockstar* will develope the multiplayer - you also will ask this company why the fuck you cannot play with the modified game???
