YES, Jesus Christ save thy soul of this fellow machine...
Anyway, those temps are f**king high boy, HDD should be about 30 Celsius, CPU 50-60 Celsius, 40 is like the best temp i think, erm...then Graphics card, lets see 60 celsius is pretty good
You should at least get these temps if you have a desktop pc, on laptop they go a bit higher, but its possible to cool it a bit
Anyway
SOLUTIONOkay if you have a desktop, you open the pc case and you should see this:
http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/laptop-8-desktop-internal.jpgThis is a very simple pc, the more complicated or better/faster pc you have the more you will have to do to cool it down
So you might start with cleaning the pc off from dust, dust creates static, and pcs are valnurable to static, it may cause a component failure clean it with something dry, cloth put not those plastic ones, use pure cotton and a vacum cleaner, okay so make sure you get all the components cleaned off from dust, then you see the Heat sink (check the pic) the heatsink helps the CPU to run more cool and better so you just go to
www.youtube.com and type in how to remove heatsink and apply thermal paste, okay so now to the cpu, the thermal paste helps the heat to spread faster and that will make your cpu cooler. Okay so you should buy thermal paste of the shop, preferably arctic silver, but any will do. make sure you add only a little of the paste (about the size of a pea) okay so then make sure you spread it EVENLY around the cpu, this step isnt necesary so if youre not an experienced user, dont try it, then the graphics card, erm you could post a pic of the graphics card, it would be easier to describe. But its simple really you just have to be careful, make sure you ground yourself off static electricity, simply by touching metal or something thats metal. Make sure you get good airflow in the pc and make sure you have all the fans spinning, make sure that the fans are not blocked by dust or something else, check also power supply(see the pic for how the power supply looks like) there are ocasionally 2 fans inside, make sure that the PSU (power supply) is clean also.
So all you need to do is clean your pc and check if the fans are working properly. If this helped you say thanks.

:ps: The tutorial video from Pedobear is good, but as i said before, get someone to do it for you if you dont know how to do it, cuz you might break your cpu which wouldnt be very satisfying, so just get some pictures of the pc when you open it, i would like to see how much dust is in there. I hope you get your pc running, oh and one thing make sure you didnt mess with the RPM (round per minute) of the fans cuz if there are more fans outtaking the air, and there wont be any air inside because there arent enough fans taking the air in, this will result in a kind of vacum effect and result in overheat. Your ambient Pc temp doesnt look nice either, i bet you got fans clogged with dust
Good tutorial on cleaning pcs
