I'm selling house with bloody bathroom, everyone knows how it looks like, so no pics this time ;)

Value - 160k (160,000$)
Starting bid - 5k (5,000$)
Buy-out - 100k (100,000$)

So if i understand this...

we pay 160k plus what we bid in the auction

and..... If we want it really badly we pay 100k and we will win the auction staight away like 'buy it now' on ebay

160k is the price of the place, and the 100k is the price if u want it as soon as possible sell, if u bid say 5k other people can over bid youb but if u pay the buyout its yours and no1 else can get it.

Exactly, by paying buy-out, it's straight, but by bidding someone can get the house if he wants to pay buy-out :)
