People are not afraid of dying. Thats where the problem is.
Player1 is trying to rob Player2
Player1 asks for money or else he will KILL Player2
Player2 starts fighting and in the end he dies.
Player1 should be able to pick up money even then. Though it isn't possible
Well this can be corrected if and only IF:
When player dies he should lose his money, not to some other player, just lose it in air.
Well maybe just 20% of what he/she is carrying. This will also ensure people keeping money in bank.
And it will also help us making many ATM's around Vice City.
Then there would be some fear of losing money and then they will try to cooperate with robbers.So many problems just gets washed out!
