but your ranks are a little wrong,

the Cross rifles, are for marksmen, they have to pass a shooting test,
so normal ranks dont receive it.

PVTs, dont get a chevron.. they have nothing till promotion,

other than that pretty good

As far as i know she isn't leading the Navy. She's leading the EOD. It's a special thingy inside the militairy.
See it as the police. You got traffic police, gang police, etc.

Exactly, the "EOD" is a part of the US Navy, like the "Navy Seals" for example are.
