Hello General Black!

Im writing this mail to you since i want to recommend private Almeida to get a promotion to Private First Class.
He has proven himself a good soldier with much patience and ability to take orders without any problem.
One special time im thinking of was the night yesterday, the 12/7 - 2009.
Private Almeida and myself was at Area 69, going over some things and talking when 2 civilians broke into the camp.
They started to assault us (( carkilling etc, they were new )) and the private showed much patience as he did not
open fire, but asked for orders. It got solved when the goverment (( admins )) took care of the civilians.
He showed much respect to higher ranks, and acted professional at all time.
My suggestion: Recommend Private Almeida to be promoted to "PFC" or higher by your choise.

Hello all Argonath Marines!

Im writing this message for you all to read and think about.
Please remember that the base we are using, Area 69, is goverment property and not is owned by the Marines.
That means we can NOT open fire on them or force them to leave, unless they are a clear threath to anyones life.
What can you do then, you might ask. Well, the first thing you can do is approach them on a friendly way, not by pointing a gun at them.
Then beg them to state their bussiness there and ask them if they belong to any military group. Beg them to show their ID for example.
If they are not in any military group and not really should be there, but anyway want to do something there, offer them an escort, and keep an eye on them. If someone is trying to break in, by showing a clear threat and is at the same time RPing it, then i suggest to open fire, if necessary, and if your or your friends life is in danger. If they are just DMing, please contact the admins and try avoid them for the time.

Im writing this because ive got the question from a few people, what they should do in this kind of situations.
I know you, aswell as me, wants the Argonath Marines to be an official army of Argonath, so lets try do our best and not take everything in our own hands, it might turn out bad. And i know this might be things you already knew, but its never bad to be reminded.
Let me know if anyone has any other thoughts about what ive just have written.

His promotion will be added ASAP to Corporal! We will be official in 2-3 months! Everyone do the best you can to prove ourselves. Good thing to so Almeida asking for orders before doing anything, keep it up you guys.
