Late last year, when my old motherboard stopped working and my PC stopped loading, I called the manufacturer because I had around one month left of my warrenty or something like that, they came and took my PC, before, my motherboard was a 800MHZ FSB, after I got my PC back, a month later, my FPS lag started happening, I tryed getting graphics card, new RAM, it helped a little bit, but not good enough, then, today I finally checked my current motherboard FSB, and it says 200MHZ...

What the hell is going on...?

Uhm, 200mhz FSB? The mininum amount of FSB I have seen is 800mhz, your processor also needs to match the FSB, and I have seen NONE, NONE, processor supporting 200mhz FSB, I think something is BADLY wrong with your motherboard..

It's not impossible, take a look at the Celeron D processor. Those often have a multiplier of x24 or x21. Take that 200 times 24 = 4.8 Ghz. This is seen as an immense overclock. So no, 200MhZ FSB is not impossible. However, from 800 MhZ to 200 MhZ is a bit strange, unless you underclocked it.

But for example, the Pentium IV works with a 200 MhZ FSB, the AMD processors do not work with FSB but with HT, Hyper Transport.
Anyway, do you have more info on your PC? What brand/processor what brand of motherboard? Because this is not helping..

I didn't do anything to it, yesturday I just decided to look at my PC Motherboard spec's, and I saw it said FSB 200MHZ, and before on my old motherboard, it was 800.

Intel
Pentium IV? (I hope not)
Btw, are you sure they send you the same motherboard? And have you changed checked the bios settings, maybe you're able to 'overclock' it, to put the FSB back to 800. However, I think this is not possible, due to manufacturers locking them..

Intel Pentium D
Should normally run at 800 or 533 MhZ.. strange, really strange. You should check your bios settings.

You messed up FSB and Bus speed.
FSB is still the same, just that BIOS shows it wrong.
I had exactly same probs with my mobos, one showed 200 FSB, other showed 800 FSB.
Bus speed can be counted with FSB:4
Which means 800:4=200
So your FSB is still 800 and bus speed is the same old 200.
Your FPS lag is something else, maybe hard drive lagging? If it is too full, it starts lagging, which decreses your FPS.

E. Do not over clock it... If you raise it from 200 to 800, it makes your FSB goes 800x4=3200 and there is no support for 3200 FSB..

My hard drive is hardly used, so what should I do, I get random lag while playing games, I saw what Task Manager does, as soon as the lag starts, the CPU Usage goes to: 100%.

And for some reason, I can hardly run multiple tasks anymore without lag, before, I could run Internet Explorer watching a stream, Photoshop, another Internet Explorer window, and it was all fast, now Internet Explorer takes so much of the CPU.

Maybe your RAM is too slow or you don't have enough RAM?
Processor may be dying too, mobo can lag.
I suggest you to ask from manufacturer.

Egoing part: My PC doesn't lag in Crysis with 1920x1080 and Extreme Quality :D

You might have OS issues.. possibly.

Nope, Vista recognizes the RAM, and I've re-installed Vista a couple of times (nothing to do with this), and I've also installed Windows 7 along side Vista, same problems when playing games, but Windows 7 runs a little bit better then Vista in other things.
