I think I have been as clear as possible. When the scripts for 0.2 are ready we will know for sure and inform players.
We have never told you to save money, not to save it, buy or not buy a house or a car. Whatever you want to do is your decision.

As for me, I see that for the 2.0 scrit there will be a new player file, new car file, new house and business files. Why ? To make more and better possibilities for eveyone. Right now when a player is gone or changed name and we want to reset his house or car this is as good as impossible. We are busy 10 minutes searching IP. We do not know when a player started on server. Houses do not save upgrades. You sell your house ? Your housecash stays for the next guy who buys it. Clan tag protection ? We need to incorprate tags in the player file
All of these things we want to change. For this we must redesign all file system, make new fields for players database. The result is that we can not use the current files in the new system. A logic following of that is that we have just a few options.
If we want to keep the players posessions it will be a lot of work. We will need to open files, check them, enter data in to new files. To do this for all accounts that were made would mean we need 2 months. Nobody wants a 2-month delay, right ?
Next is a conversion script, to make players do it themselves. To develop and test this to be working correct will as well take a lot of time.
We want to concentrate on making the new script, not on patching the old one. We want to get the server out on 0.2 as soon as possibl after the release.

If you want to have the advantages of 0.2 and the new system, you must take the small disadvantage of having to start from 0. If you want to keep what you have now the only option is that everyone will have to wait longer. I think in this time we would need to develop and test converting most players will have earned already what they have now.

After all, this is nothing more than a game. Remember that.

I said it was the USERS fault..
I have lost my userfiles TWICE.
But I didn't got a "fucking disk" or "fucking computer".
And I lost my files in a fire (well.. GTA2, and vice)
And I guess you never have played at the casinos and exited the game when you lost and saved when you earned?

Ok i understand your point gandalf and aragorn is a lot of work. Lets just enjoy 0.2. If admins can do someting for keep money they will do. But i understand all the job they are doing  and the new upgrades we will enjoy in 0.2.  All that  accounts 15,000.... Well, is better to just play the 0.2 if its that  the only option.  I will just spend my money in mod cars parties events ect...but i want to be sure so i can spend all this money. i want to be sure of this to stay more relax and just spend my money and have fun. I played casinos, crashed (not my fault) and lost money... I was not complaining to the SA:MP developers that I lost my money in their game program...

I was angry cuz it felt like you wanted to push me away.
And that example with the casino was singleplayer
I don't get quick angry. And when I do, I get REALLY angry for small things.

But a hotring is harder to get than money.

I can understand that some people were working hard to get money... Meanwhile there are other people, who simply abused scripts and also complaining on losing money...
