i tried to find all the Administration but there was only some of them can you tell me all of them and who they are.

Yes, there is an exam u take to get a passport, u have to be 0playing a minimum of one week to recive one then the admin team will ask you a set of questions regarding the server rules etc, if u answer all correct you pass, and get ur passport ;)
