The same voice actor wont voice act in this part. He said his voice changed and MP2 can't compare to MP3 and that it won't sound the same...
It probably wont be as interesting as first part, because Rockstar Games have taken over the development, not the guy who made first two. Rockstar is great, and I really hope it will be better than first two, but I somehow doubt that. (Not the graphics, the story)
