The first time i tried to help her the application named "svchost.exe" was the using the highest kb. But it dissapeared after turning Automatic Updates off in windows itself.
Now i know from experience a processor should never use more then 60% from it's total capibility. ( Except for when you are gaming, but not when you are like just running normal programs, it shouldn't be that high when in idle mode. ) It can cause overheat and lag and other stuff you wouldn't want to happen. This happend to myself once and what i found out was some kind of program named "Folding@Home" not sure what it does or means, but i know it uses 100% of your CPU. I don't think this is the cause on this moment, but maybe.
What also could be, is that the starting up programs, which start up when starting up windows, should be disabled. Atleast the ones you don't really use, and maybe that causes the processor to work 100%.. But idk, that's what i googled so far, if i have any other news i will say it here, but the bad thing is, Twenty doesn't have any administrator rights, meaning you cannot edit or change anything in windows itself..
Stay in touch, and i might find a solution soon enough, but this is fixable as it happend to myself..
And no james, it's not normal when a CPU uses 100%.. Seriously. Dunno where you got that from, but that's surely not good.
