After a few months of getting themselves together, rounding up a fair ammount of members, and proclaiming their
territory, it was now time to act. Jack and Fabrio where originally good friends with most members of a small little gang
around the Idlewood area known as CC 216, for short, Criminal Cartel, is the expanded name. But Jack had a problem with one of their members in the gang, money problems, Jack, wasn't gonna be no one's bad guy, and he wasn't about to pay money for something he didn't owe. So eventaully that got him and Fabrio into trouble. The gang called them up, and jumped them in the middle of the street. They got something known in the gang as a "First Strike, out of Three." So basically after that, Jack and Fabrio decided, to take off on their own, and start their own gang with their own rules. So that's how it all started. As stated earlyer, it was now time to show the other "Rival" gangs that theres a new threat in town, Jack and Fabrio along with a handfull of Outlawz, went by Idlewood, where the CC's usually hang and waited to see any member that they recognized. A few hours later and finally they all start to come out of the houses, the Outlawz quickly rushed in with bats, ran to the houses, and within a blink of an eye it was Hell. Skulls being cracked, throughout all the fight you could hear "Outlawz Taking Over!!!" Finally a gun shot is heard, so the Outlawz leave.

That was the first strike of the Outlawz against the CC. We still werent really considered a threat, yet. Weeks passed on, Outlawz only got Bigger and bigger. From now on no more new members can get it easy, before they can be considered an Outsider of the gang they would have to prove themselves. Jack made most new members tag up CC's hood, and their houses while the CC members where outside, and the new member was to do this IN FRONT of them. This let Jack and Fabrio know, who's got the balls and who doesn't. The first member to do this was known as Herman Bucks,
he's been homeboys with the Outlawz for a while but never really an actual member, till one day he decided to join. So that's when the Tagging up recruitment started. Every member that hans't showed that they are down, Jack made them spray up the rival gangs hood. Every member of the Outlawz has a "mark" they official Outlaw mark is a Black and Red spider on tattoed on their neck. This was when your officially a full blood of the Outlawz.
Months passed on, the gang is now well organized, and the color for the gang now is Black and Red. Most members painting their cars either Black or Red, or both combied, you had to have at least something that showed your down with Outlawz apart from the spider. The Rodriguez brothers decided to call their family from Liberty City, the first family member to arrive was Ryan Rodriguez, a brother to both Jack and Fabrio. They offered him a spot in the Outlawz, without hesitation he joined, afterwards they called yet another Rodriguez brother, Jamal Rodriguez. Jamal was always a nervous wreck, Trigger happy and all, but the gang could use a man like that, so Jack and Fabrio took advantage and made put him at the top of the food chain of the gang.

So now the gang had three official leaders, Jack, Fabrio, and Jamal. The gang then just focused on shooting up their rivals. They gathered up, got into cars and started to drive towards Idlewood, they quickly met up with the CC, all Hell broke lose once again. Cursing and shouting, first it was a brawl, with fists then they started to use objects, bats, anything that came along, pretty soon it was a shootout with the two rival gangs. Fabrio was shot in the stomach, Jack was shot in the shoulder, most Outlawz in the shootout where killed, Jamal and Ryan luckily got away, as well as Jack and Fabrio. So the gang was in a crisis at this point. With most members dead, or injured, or whoever wasnt dead, was either doing life in prison. The Rodriguez brothers thought it would be best if they cooled things down for a while. So instead of just making money to buy guns, to shoot at the rival gangs, the gang now started to make money for other purposes, houses, cars, drugs, they started to invest money, and pretty soon they where back on their feet. Fabrio and Jack fully recovered, they put word in that the Outlawz are back in business..once again started to gather new recruits. Till today the Outlawz are still at large, and commiting crimes, robbing, killing, most members ending up in the most wanted list for the Police, only time will tell what will happen next...

Yu may think I am crazy, but I have a story to tell. I was born in the middle of no where, we did not have a house, we slept on the streets, our land has been f**ked up due to the war, the enemies stole everything of us, i grew up and decided to pay them back, me and my brothers started to kidnapp some of them, we made them suffer, we made them feel the pain they caused to us. We were a little gang, but we grew up everyday till we ruled the town we live in and cleaned it of the enemies. My gang be like my family. They treat me real good, and they praise me when I be doin' somethin' right.
