To the leader and underbosses of the Diablos Gang, we are new here, and we are very inexperienced, and we would like to announce ourselves to you as a new RPing Crime Family, and we would appreciate any help and advice you can give us. We are looking for new allies to help us get our names known, and for people to respect us, we have chosen you as one of our preferable allies because of your respectful attitude towards other people, and how experienced you are as a group.
  We are requesting you ally with us so we can (hopefully) get our names known, and eventually become as experienced as you are now.
