The only skins who shall be speciali are the leader's and the co-leader's.. just to make a difference between members, twins etc..
Although Pablo took the idea from ESL without understanding why it was a restricted skin, so ill tell you: That was because hes shirtless, and has tatoos that only The Jefe has. some hispanic shi' you knuw.
