[b]Description: [/b]Los Diablos's old hood. Not populated so much anymore, though. After around five years of not having it, we got it back, by stealing the old mansion. Ocean Flats also has a beach. Minor drug deliveries are getting smuggled here. North of the beach, there's a Pier where we like to Hang-out.

[b]Description: [/b]Drug fortress. It used to be used by heavy machinery back in 1970'. Now it looks like abandoned dock, but actually there's lot of interesting things inside the buildings. Example is the Solarin Industries, which was best car producer. Now it's our Drug Lab. We also have our trucks there for deliveries.
