I have no problems with gays and bisexuals, the decent ones at least... it's the gays who go around touching handsome guys' chests rand crotches that eally freak me out.

I'm not quite sure what kind of people you're talking about. That sounds like sexual harassment, which isn't good regardless of your sexuality, but in that case it wouldn't be anything to do with being gay. Anything that a straight couple can do in public, a gay couple should be able to do as well.

A lot of it is homophobes:
a) Don't understand homosexuality.
b) Are homosexual but can't accept it and try to cover it up by being homophobic.

I used to be homophobic actually, sort of due to example b), but not quite. I did accept the fact that I liked guys as well as girls (there might have been some self confusion at the start, but I got over that quickly), but I was really scared of the reaction that people would have, so a homophobic attitude developed on me as a cover up. Luckily, being bi made it slightly easier, but it still sucked a lot because you can't exactly block out the gay side of you. Also made for very awkward situations, which I rather not go into on the forum.

I'm the complete opposite. I don't like gangsta clothing and I think tight clothing is really hot. I also have a thing for long, black and straight hair (in other words, being Asian, lol), so when white people decided to do that, plus wear tight clothes, plus use eye shadow, plus getting a whole goth-like general appearance, I thought that was just the most awesome thing, ever. Not to mention that I like MCR.

I understand the people who dislike gay or bi people advertising their sexuality, but I myself am just curious to know who else is gay or bi, so I dont mind a tad bit of advertising, or atleast.. signs.
