Want a description of a gay/bi person? Look at yourself, look at people around you, goto the store, goto the town square.. ANYWHERE, the people you see are just general looking people. That is what we mostly look like. NOT what most people think.

Want a description of me? I listen to Prog-Metal and Heavy Metal, I play the drums and keyboard, I wear baggy jeans and T shirts, bandana, wristband, I have a deep average sounding voice, I act (generally) normal ( :razz:), Im just the typical person. Not what most people think of gays.. 

Heck, if you want a picture of me, I posted two in member pics just recently.

My point is, we look no different, we act no different. But in the world, there are people who want to act like the stereotype, like I said.. it annoys me cos then it means everyone else thinks the whole Gay community is like this, and then the media forces it even more.

I bought this up before, but that episode of Family Guy, called 'Family Gay' - I recently watched again, and tbh I was left just sighing to myself. I know they are joking and all, etc etc.. but then people who watch shows like this are left thinking 'oooh.. all gay people are like this', BULLSHIT. 


Please do not believe what you see in the media, and at first sight. We act, we speak, we walk, we laugh, we cry, we smile, we jump, we eat, we drink, we do everything the same as straight people, with the exception of the obvious.

Since i'm heterossexual, i do not agree with such gay behaviour, I do not feel disturbed to see two gays kissing, i think it's pretty normal, and kissing is good too. Since i do live in brazil, a "high" IDH country, we have alot of homophobic people here, I actually see many gay jokes with some of my friends, well, sometimes we have to accept it, but, the word gay is kinda serious for me.
Also about gay behaviour, a gay does not needs to wear stupid clothes and show off himself, I know we live on 21th century, we have to respect those kinds, but sometimes, it's annoying.
I saw some gays walking together and screaming: WOOOOOOOH YOU'RE HOT!!!!!, this is kinda annoying, even more if you're hanging out with friends.
You don't want to walk arround and get your body sprayed with water to some gays, do you?

No, that's an example of some gays that follow some strong stereotypes, but I can assure you that just because you're gay, doesn't mean you'll be acting like that. You can be gay and still act "normal" and that's more then often the case.
