Yea, Scott and I were looking at it a couple days ago actually. Civil Union is legal in every state. Marriage is not. However a civil union is the same thing as marriage without calling it that. Marriage throughout history as been a "religious" thing. Thats why the government can not call a Union a Marriage because it would conflict with "Church and State". The government does not have the right to deny a union where the church has the right the deny a marriage. So yea, hopefully within the next year

Im in the UK Gay Marriage are allowed (thankfully), and it only became legal a few years ago.

I just got back from my Pre-Enrolment day at my College (I am in and officially a student! ), and in a form I had to fill, one of the question asked me what my Sexual Orientation is.. I actually thought to myself 'Should I?'.
At the time I thought that my parents might see the form.. so I put 'Do not wish to disclose'   instead of the option 'Heterosexual'. Looking back, I dunno why I paniced, and in the end my parents didnt even see the form.

At the end, the guy looked at the form and said 'Oh so you want to keep your orientation a mystery, but you dont mind saying that your athiest! *laugh*' ofcourse in a sarcastic jokey way (I answered in the 'Your Religious beliefs' box - 'Athiest') I also laughed  

So my question to the rest of the LGBT community of Argonath is, whenever you have a form which asks your sexual orientation - do you actually tell the truth? I think next time I get this question I will, cos i'de be out by then.. depending on when 'next time' is.

The list (and its explained above it) is for anyone who is not Straight.. so anyone that is anything but straight.   Its just called the 'LGBT list' cos its easier to identify as this than the 'List for anyone who isnt Straight'

As far as I can remember, I've never encountered a form that enquired about my sexuality. Though if I did encounter one, I'd answer truthily. The only reason my parents would see such a form would be if I showed my parents the form, which I wouldn't.

Yea I have the exact reason I took a picture of it, I will go find it later tonight and post it. Its apperently a law of the US Food and Drug Administration and not the Red Cross but yea I felt like punching someone lol

Im guessing they think that 'gayness' is in blood... litrally, in your blood so if you pass it on to someone else they become gay

Nope, it is Red Cross's, at least in here it's the same. Homosexuals can't donate blood.
