Heyas!  

Ive decided, (oh come on I had to).. to make a topic for all my drum covers to show my drumming, and also for you guys to leave comments and tell me what you think. You know.. what you thought, constructive crititism. Etc.

So below, I have all the drum covers ive posted so far. You guys proberly dunno most of them cos I play Progressive Rock/Metal. And.. that isnt exactly mainstream.

Anyways, I would say my style is technicality. Playing weird time signatures. I dont like playing stuff that is repetitive (Apart from Smokin' by Boston cos thats fun to play anyways). I put it in a few simple words. My style is Progressive Rock Drumming.

This song is a fun little song to play, its short yet quite enegetic. Its one the simplest things I play. But I still love it.

Octavarium Instrumental Section - Dream Theater

This is actually an extract from a 25 Minute long epic. Its an awesome song to play, but I just posted this small instrumental section.
This section here is definatly the pinnicle of my drumming. Yet.. I make so many mistakes   This is the sort of style I LOVE.. ADORE, to play. That hard, weird time signature, weird beat style. This small extract less than 3 minutes packs all the energy of one 7 minute song I think!

Sacred Sound Instrumental Section - IQ

Now the drummer of IQ, who is my drum teacher showed me how to play this recently and OMFG its so much harder than what you see here ladies and gentlemen... Anyways, yeah this is a piece of complelty uncountable time signatures unless you know what it is before hand (Try counting 1 2 3 4 to this..). Very very energetic piece, requires a lot of energy, so much that at the end I am late when hitting crashes.. damn.

Highway Star - Deep Purple

Now, this song was introduced to me by TeaM-Snake awhile back while I was DJing, and it was requested. I listened to it, and love it. Its an absolute classic rock song. Also fun to play the drums, got alot of fast bits to it, like fills, and chops around the kit.

Knights of Cydonia - Muse

This song is fun to play.. but lordy, its harder than it looks.. way way harder than it looks. Cos of the way the hihat is played.. on every upbeat.
But yeah, this is Knights of Cydonia, with a hint of my styling to it.. double bass at the end, etc

Also a good song, it was one of the first songs I ever learnt.. back in the day  
I did some EQing to the drums (so it sounds alot better than other vids), and also used a drumless version of the track.

Biaxident - Liquid Tension Experiment

I bet no one else in Argonath knows this piece, but if you dont - it doen't matter! Just watch the drumming!
Its a mad piece with so many different styles, time signatures, beats, and.. its just general crazyness. Awesome

I decided to redo this, Judging by many people's response to this video when I showed it to them - it seems to be the most impressive. So I decided to take it to the next level and make it even more impressive O_o I made it even harder by adding alot more to it, and played it with no mistakes >: )

This song gets more and more harder as it goes by.. so I suggest to watch the whole thing. Its a very very demanding song as it requires alot of stamina.. it took me four takes to get this right and I am very happy with this take

Anyways, guys like I said above.. I might not be able to do all covers, cos my general drumming style is overal technicality.
Iron Maiden maybe exhausting but in no wai involves much technique. BUT when I have time maybe I'll post some Maiden covers. But for now I'm sticking with getting my list of planed covers done first.
