I believe that this incident is nothing you should worry about. as many people know, once you sell something its in your possession now. you traded something for it. its not like you stole it from him. you shouldnt get banned for something like this. because how were you supposed to know that it was his brother and not him? exactly you dont, so its not your fault its his.
