I find this topic very fucking offensive. Especially because when I try my hardest to make the conflict come to a peaceful resolution, I usually get spitted at by unappreciative people who don't realize I'm only doing my job.

I agree some admins are shunned upon when really they're only making negative behaviour, positive.

Admins are not permitted to use admin commands on each other... Meaning the report would do jack shit except cause an argument within the admins... use the email so server leaders can do something about it. [email protected]

No one bans for no reason. There is always a reason, you might just not agree with it.

then they have time to respond to a report.

The thing is that flaming (on public chat) is one of the most efficient things to administrate. You see a flame and you react appropriately. Dming on the other hand requires proper investigation as you need to spectate and then evaluate the situation. Often it comes that by the time the report is made or by the time the admin spectates, the incident is already over, so nothing may seem to come of it, though if it's a new player and the admin sees nothing happen, the admin may still have a friendly discussion with the player. This leads to some people complaining, "you don't react on my report but you warn me for flaming" and then they start accusing the administration of being against them.

are you sure noone reads those? i do know for a fact that several admins including me check that mail every day or every other day...
as for carjacking report, admins need proof before acting,so lots of times after report admin goes into spectate to check report...
and do i have to mention that 70% or carjacking reports are false?(example player in lv reports a player in ls for jacking just because he is driving his car...)

There is nothing silly about that. If you see an admin rule breaking, this is something for the higher administration to deal with, because then it puts into question whether this person is really fit to be an admin, which is why you need to send a complaint to [email protected].

If someone rule breaks on me  ( Ramming, dming( with fists or something so i wont die quickly), or carkilling) I try to explain them its not allowed if i have time. If they dont listen or i dont have time i /report. If i report and explain the rules and that guy keeps doing it and admins doing nothing, i simply get pissed off and start flaming that guy. And then tadadadaaam i get warned/kicked for flaming  :conf: Thats not ''nice''.

We have never had a flaming exception that permits you to do so if you're a victim of rule breaking, so don't expect anything nice to happen to you if you flame, regardless of your reason.

I try to do my best with reports.  I rarely RP anymore.  If I do it doesn't normally last very long.  Speaking from my side, I try to be as fair as possible.  Sometimes I get a little side tracked with other things so I don't even notice reports.  But I try to keep up with them as best as possible.  I do know what you mean though.  We can't be everywhere.

Dude there's like 20 SA:MP Admins, with their own timezones that they can play. They DO Respond to reports but they just doesn't let you know they're looking at it..
