My San Andres won't open even I try every single compatibility settings or "Run as administrator".
It worked last night well, but then suddenly it just won't open.
When I double-click gtasa.exe, theme in Windows 7 changes to Basic (normal) but then it returns to normal, without any notification or errors.
Either SAMP or Single Player won't work. Tried with nocd patch, without, without mods, reinstall SA and SAMP (download again).
GTA is legal version bought from store, not downloaded.

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
RAM: 2 Gb 533 MHz
Processor A64 X2 5200 OCed to 2970 MHz
Vid. Card: Palit 9800 GT Oced from 600/900/1500 to 655/980/1500
