Story Of The Gang
The ESL' gang, aka' East Side Locos, is one of the most violently dangerous gangs
in San Andreas.
The East Side Locos gang moved to Los Santos in 1980 as immigrants from Liberty City. The immigrants were excited to start a new life in San Andreas but it quickly fell victim to gangs. The immigrants have had experience with severe violence throughout all their life. It didn't take long before their hands reached " Heavy Weapons ".
The ESL' gangs sought to protect the immigrants from the ruthless Los Santos gangs. But as with many gangs who's original intent was to protect others, the gang soon came to pretty upon the Los Santos community themselves. That meant more bloodshet, also on innocent women and children.
The original ESL' gang, soon became the winner of the gang wars within the community in East Los Santos and named their gang officially, East Side Locos.
Gang members, who sport numerous tattoos on their bodies and faces, wear yellow and white colors.
Their progressive increase in violent activities and careless disregard for the law.
ESL criminal activities include drug smuggling, gun running, hits fore hire, theft, drug sales
and strong arming the locals.
In order to join ESL, you must first commit a violent act against someone else - either a beating, a rape, or a murder. One of the defining factors of ESL is their absolute intolerance for anyone who informs the police of their activities.

Joaquin celebrates his 25th birthday just as he's ending a two-year prison sentence at Mordor Prison. He's used his prison time to train hard on Revenge Spirit, he has become more violent than the monster itself, After his stay, he heads to East Los Santos where his friend John and Rodolfo live, his homies needed him, they had serious problems, East Side Locos needed him...

Life was going smoothly for John, he had stable job in casino, and he was earning some green.
It was long time he left Los Santos ,  left his eses, but he didn’t had a choce, he left Stanley and Joaquin, then Joaquin was busted and sent in Mordor and he never heard from Stanley again.
One day he Received a phone call, it was Stanley – „Yo ese, its Stanley, remember me?“ „Si, of course Stanley, hows it going?“ „Bad man, there is riot here ese, our hood and our city is burning, we became too weak to fight man, other gangs took over.“ „Oh, im sorry to hear  that.“ „Joaquin is coming out this week ese, its his birthday, come on, come back in Los Santos, come back to East Side Locos.“  ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…¾Oh, ese, i don’t know about that, i got to much shit going on“ „Ok ese, if you change your mind, you know where we are. We was always here.“
He took a seat and turned TV on, then i saw the news.  It was his hood, it was burning, the whole city was, then he trowed remote controller. It was time to go home, to go back to East Side Locos.

Story By Rodolfo
Born in 1978 in Liberty City, living in the sub-urbs wasn't easy between the other mexicans. His father was asoldier for a gang called Vatos Locos and got killed by Rollin' 80's. His mother didn't feel safe any moreand decided to immigrate to Los Santos in 1981. Rodolfo's mother didn't want him to end up like his father and triedto keep him off the streets. He listened to his mother and wasn't involved with any criminal activities till the age of 12. He witnessed his best friend getting shot in a donut shop by some niggas. Rodolfo seeked revenge and asked a small local gang for a gun.
They told him he needed to join their gang so he got beat up badly, it nearly killed him. He got his revenge and he earned respect.No longer had his mother control over his son as he was making a name for himself on the streets. When he turned 15, he already had 20 hits under his belt. In 1995, people started to loose their jobs because the economy started to crumble.
People started to rely on local gangs more and more what caused the local mexican gangs to take each other's territories. One day, Rodolfo was standing in his hood when there was a driveby and executions on his gang members. Rodolfo got shot 9 times and he
nearly ended up in a wheelchair. He recovered and went back home. The streets was getting worse. Stores and houses were set on fire, people dieing. Something needed to change.
Rodolfo got word that Seether was about to get out of jail. He called John who was in LV, who had a job in a casino, asking for help.
John, Seether and Rodolfo sat down for a meeting and decided to officially form the East Side Locos.
