-It appears that action district time is limited, while social district time is unlimited.
-You can purchase an additional 20 action district hours for Dollars: 6.99 Pounds: 5.59 Euro's: 6.29, or a thirty (30) day unlimited pass for Dollars: 9.99 Pounds: 7.99 Euro's: 8.99, with discounts for 90-day or 180-day purchases.
-RTW Points: RTW points are going to be bartered with in the  marketplace in some form. RTW Points will be able to be converted into game time or in-game cash.

So what it means is: You can pick to buy unlimited game time for 30 days or to buy limited game time in the action district ( 20 hours ) if you are someone who doesnt play much.

Funny how I already knew they would be doing this kind of thing... Well atleast now you can choose!
