Apparently its not likely to be out before the end of September.

It isn't actually in the NDA, but one of the mods said it on one of the fansite forums.
You should be fine as long as you don't go into detail or post pictures though.

Fun game indeed, even in the beta stage, at least I thought so!

All I have to say.

I used to be =AV=Spartan and I did stuff. Then life happened and I stopped doing stuff. Now I do some stuff I guess.

well i did see gameplay of beta, some people were streaming it, appart from character detail and some car detail it looks suprasingly "cheap" (cheap as in saints row 2 on low quality cheap)
