Errm, well firstly due to my absence for about 24 hours, it seems many groups in the commision have misunderstood what the commision was intended for, and (AH SH1~ F(*&$@ bloody viruses and popups!!) sorry......anyway...so without being condescending and trying not to make you look stupid for those who think its gang, I will explain what the commision is about:

It is not Hells commision. He is not a leader of the commision, no one is. It was founded on the basis of neutrality between gangs and groups of SA. Hell sets up the meetings, that is all. Every member of the commision has equal rights to have their view and speak it out. It also is not an organisation, an organisation is a gang or group in itself.

This is a very new gang, they were invited to join the commision for our support. They have no long term history and so why did they leave? No idea, I dont think they (as most) understood the concept of the commision.
The Commission made that war happen, so bye bye.
I cannot comment on the war itself, as I was not involved personally. To be in the commision then you had some involvement in creating any wars, as well participating. This unfortunately is an unfair comment and somewhat self inflictive, but still it is neither CM's lone involvement that that started any regrettable fueds.
So really, to conclude the commision has unfortunately been unsuccesful on numerous grounds. I look upon this now from a 3rd person, nuetral perspective, because my involvement has been limited and I am not in favour of wars myself, as I have a business group, and war/ negative responce is not good for business so I have kept nuetral terms with all gangs; others maybe allies.
The commicatin of this commity has been also limited. No one has specified what they hoped to get from the comision, and this has disallowed any forward movement. COmmunication is limited between the different gangs and their players, even moreso at meetings

There is not a singular person you can blame for anything in the commision. If you were involved, you had influence over the consequences good or bad, and started off bad with just about everyone hating ML. The truth is that you cannot blame one persons actions more than you can your own in the commision, as it is an agreement between gangs to atleast be nuetral. That is why this is failing. There are attacks from allsides within and out the commision. Hell has brought the gangs together, and it is the gangs petty fueds that have stopped it from working.
To make any agreement succesful, you need trust, trust and respect for everyone within the agreement. Some people have been disrespected, but respect isnt handed out with bubblerapped packaging on weekdays. It is earned, so should give you more initiative to get more respect by being good RPers, or good people. It is the people that make the commision. Make it work.
