BTW for 2012 I have done one of the funniest kill..

I killed an armored cop (I'm not armored) with my katana he was using an Eagle,Spray can and the cop stick...

[Rstar]Razor was there and he said me How I did that lol no hax... xD

That's, because nobody from the community steps up to organize it. People are waiting for server owners to officially announce it, but as Aragorn being away and Gandalf busy as well. I don't see it playing out. With 2008 awards it was similar situation, but then I made the topic after getting some sort of confirmation from Agent. In 2009 GiacJr did count the votes, but even he had Government ( read: Server owners) backing the whole thing.

Of course even if we dont have the official status, as a community we can do an unofficial award ceremony. How does that sound?

Maybe Managers for each server can organize counting/ceremony for their own server.
I can do it myself, but then that would be only for VCMP.

If we organize it ourselves, it is up to us to set the rules. It can be new rules, it can be old ones.

Not true, since Aragorn already set the rules himself for all future awards systems. It was even announced already. We can't override a Server Owner.
