As I've said earlier in the topic, its very hard to get members active on your forum, I'd rather have them use their (existing) Argonath forum accounts, in a section on here. :D

Yes, easy to reach, easy to discuss, i need a opinion from Dwight_cems ( or another cems leader ) and Daniel Corleone ( but he wont replie to my messages )

For the subforums, I think you should need to apply.  To be accepted as a group for it, you need a certain amount of members, certain amount of properties, active members, and overall good reputation(i.e. the members shouldn't be massive flamers or rule breakers).

For gallery, google is your friend.

As in the rules that were suggested in the OP, groups would have to prove themselves and be voted in by developers also.

also i just remember, that alot of other RP servers, have the 'official' group thing, like on whole server there is like 4-6 official clans/groups, and other groups are just like small ones/new ones.

As this is not taken from any other SA:MP groups, this is an idea caused by a Dutch GTA forum
They have Forumgangs there, and i got the idea of there ;)

Yes, if the developers find they cannot moderate a forum, or cannot handle their own gang / mafia etc, the will not get a subforum etc :).
