Intro: The Newest Of New  Italian Mafia, Hitting Argonath  Ready To Be The Best Of The Best... No Matter What It Takes...  Santa Marina Beach Is Ours For The Taking...

Joel was sitting at the table, watching the televison  wanting something cool to happen,  mum and dad were laying down  it had been a big night before,  with the party and all that is, it was getting late, well kind of it was 7 o'clock  later then Joel usally stayed up.
He was starting to dose off into sleep, but then he heard wheels crunching on the gravel at the front of the house, Joel walked towards the window  and was startled, to his shock a black Stretch had just pulled up, with fully tinted windows, thats rare in such a poor area, Joel ran to his parents room  Mother Father there is a black Stretch here!
Before Joel was finished speaking, his Father was already up, getting something from under his bed, surley this isnt what Joel thinks  but he decides it cant be, so he hopes it's not  until his Father pulls a 9mm A Deagle A AK-47 And A Combat Shotgun out, then he realises what it is, its the mafia,   while he was watching his Father getting the stuff out of under the bed   his Mother slipped back in the room with a Smg and Uzi  and the Car keys
"You warm up the engine Honey" Joels Father said with fear iin his voice "i'll hold em off,  Joel go with your Mother  dont ask questions"
they went and started the car up   BANG BANG BANG the a constant sound of a Uzi took place and then the last screams of his Father before it was all over, him and his Mother escaped  they took the next flight to the country of Argonath,  it was slow life for the next 2 years.
Mother at work Joel at school , all was good until the day his Mother dissapeard, she had obviousley ran from Joel life got hard for Joel until he gave up, and went to live with his new friends  they took good care of him  until the day he turned 18  then he was kicked out, shamefully   his so many friends dissapeard and he was left with nothing, nothing...
Eventually Joel found some people to hang with  they were italian  but that dosent bother him, as long as he could have some people to chill with, he was cool,  they eventually asked Joel to live there, so he did  he liked it   life was just hangin out in the hood  or goin and party'in  all was chilled  untill the day, he found out his Mother had been murderd  they found her to  with in a few days Joel was scared to death, he was scared to go out with his homies  but then he finally decided he would go along  but before thery were 2 miles away from home, a car drove past  SMG's out the window  his homie killed 3 homies injured.
He went dailey to the hospital until they were recorverd, he slept there sometimes, being to scared to go out or stay at home,  they finally had the funeral, payed their respects and wished good by to thir homie 
"So... " Joel said douptfully "what should we do?"
"Phh  lets make a mafia" One of his homies said
"Yeah Lets" The 2 other homies replied
Joel didnt know what to do  so he went along

I was just a guy, no less no more.. One day, me and my brother decided to move to Argonath city. It was a nice city, before my brother was killed by some black guy, who was driving a black car, i grabbed my car, and chased him, I ended up in an Italian brother hood. The black man killed and injured some other men, i didnt know who they were, just that they had cool Green cars.. I tried to chase the black man, But he popped both of my front tires and burned my car, i quickly bailed out and got up. Suddenly a guy named Joel grabbed my hands, and then he pulled me in his car, along with his injured hoodies. After a few days, i met him and his hoodies, they were talking about some mafia thing. Joel decided to make a new mafia named Italiano. So i decided to join to that black man, one day we will get our revenge

Antero_ItalianoL's Story :
Antero was 13 when his parent got murdered, he had no home, no food, nothing. He drinked beer and used drugs every day, until one day he left the bar, and there waiting outside, was Gangsters.The Gangster's pushed him there car and took him in their headquarters. The Gangster's told Antero that his father was leader of the Gang until he died and Gangster's want him to join their new mafia they had just made, so he thought but joined.

CaZz_ItalianoM's Story
Well Cazz was only 11 wen his mother and father started having fights every day, and then one day his dad was so fed up that he shot his mum in the head after a violent argument, and said "see you in hell son" as he ran off,Cazz kept them last words that his dad said to him, in his mind, for ever after that Cazz was getting in to heaps of fights at school, giving people blood noses broken arms until he was expelled from his school he was glad in a way ... but all he left behind was the horrble memory of his school ... and not his friends and way of doing things. One day when he was at home when he heard a car pull up "Kayla i think one of your friends might be here..." said Cazz in a way of disintrest then when she opend the door all he heard was a hello then... BANG! he quikly got up  without any hesitation and all he saw was his sister lying there on the ground with one bullet shot in her head and blood flooding the carpet, and a man in a black balaklava looking at Cazz saying "your next buddie" so Cazz sprinted up the stars into his room and then to his sisters room and hid under her bed, "WOW!" cried Cazz with a sound of amazment, and what did he find liying rght nex to him a fully loaded duel SMG..., he piked it up and cocked back both of the guns and walk towards the man and said, do you now what? heres what i have to say to you... "die mother f**ker" then with a quick chuckle Cazz pull both triggers send then going nuts pouring bullet into the masked gunmans' torso. And when the guy was dead Caznoticed a badge on the guys chest and it said "HELL" and he just simply laughed "thanks dad im comming for you bad guy!" and ran straight to the kitchen were he took is savings and ran out the door, running were he remember his dad driving when he left seeing skid marks every were and about 1 minute down the road he saw a car it was a Nissan Skyline GTR R34, so he jumped right into it putting his guns down next to him for easy acsses,  he saw his dads wallet on the glove box and he immedialy recognised the leather it was his dad's car but why would he have a car this facy and 1 min down the road?. As Cazx said that looked  to see wat he feared a small building saying HELL HQ he entered cautiously with is guns buy his side and saw his dad smoking a cigar on a couch. With astonishment his dad said "oh not you, I regret the day having..." but before he could finish speaking Cazz opend fire on his dad screaming and crying he obliterated his dad in bullets of rage and he stopped breathing heavily he walk around the house killing every one, he found A nearby bar, and pulled up still breathing heavily, and he opend the door pointing his guns at a boy and said "who are you!" "dont worry its ok i have come to take you under my gun and help you to become a great mobtser!" said  with scared and calm voice .... And from that day on Cazz was became a member of  highly feared Mafia Called ... Italiano ..

And Controls There Disrespected Groups, He Also Has To Manage The Money In The Mafia, And Control The Enterprise,

Trainers
A Trainers Job Is To Train All The Trial Members (((SomeOne_ItalianoT))) And Make Sure They Pass All There Trainings, And Make Sure They Complete All
There Tests, And If They Dont Pass Them, He Informs The Underboss And/Or The Don, Telling Them That The Trial Member Has Failed The Tests, And Is Kicked From
Italiano, All How Ever, They Can Re-Apply In 1 Month


Military Leader
The Military Leader has a very high role, he is in change of all the Military Mobsters, he needs to make sure they do as they are told, when on exercises/in wars, he also has to recruit and train people to become a Military Mobster, and help the Mobsters through there struggles


Military Mobster
The Military Mobsters have to do alot of work in raids, when they are attacking Enemies Military Mobsters fly a Helicopter onto a building, and take sniper aim, also military mobsters usally drive around in Ranchers, if they choose not to take Sniper position, they can take Ground Crew position, they block the exits if there is any that the Enemie can escape through, Or they will attack the Enemie, Stop them from being able to move, and open fire with M4 to take down the Enemie


Hard Core Mobster
The Hard Core Mobster Is The Highest Ranked Mobster,They Can Not Ban Members From Italiano, But They Can Warn Them, And Tell Them Not To Do What Ever
They Were Doing Or They Will Contact The Underboss Or The Don, They Get Alot Of Respect, But They Also Have To Have Respect To The Don And The Underboss
They Also Need To Help Trial Members, And Guide Them Around


True Mobster
The True Mobsters Are Very Important, They Usally Are Members Who Have Spent A Fair Bit Of Time On Argonath, And Passed All There Training Tests,
True Mobsters Have To Help Out Trials, And Mobsters, And Show Them Around, True Mobsters Get Given Respect From Mobsters And Trial Members,
They Also Have To Respect Hard Core Mobsters, Trainers, Underboss And The Don

Mobsters Are Not Very High Ranked, They Have Passed There Tests As Trial Members, But Haven't Done Very Much Work, And Haven't Been In The Mafia Long

I decided to make up a few tips to people who are thinking about making up new groups...  Before starting, I'd like to make it clear that the board moderators can unsticky/unlock the topic if they find it unsuitable in any way.

Ask yourself these questions before making a group:

1. Are you sure players would consider joining your group? Investigate, think, ask your friends, make sure some would try joining your group when you create it...
2. Are you sure you could maintain the group for long? Think of your responsibilities, of your time you spend on Argonathc ommunity, are you able to handle your group? Are you able to put someone trustworthy in your charge in-case you go inactive?
3. Do you have enough experience in Argonath community? It's not about prohibitting new players to make their own groups, but, are you sure you have enough experience regarding the community in order to manage your group (e.g. knowledge about community rules in order to make a group that doesn't break rules)...
4. Are you aware of the clans and groups rules? Do you know them? Make sure you're aware of these rules before making up your group, so you wouldn't have problems while handling it.
5. Is there a group with this name already? Search, make sure there's no group with that name before making it.

Last, but not least: Avoid maximumly conflicts between topics ('copying' others' topics' layouts, etc.), and always report if someone posts an unsuitable reply in your topic.

My intention is to help - the SA:MP Groups board is heavily movimented and lots of topics are quickly being asked to be locked and so - I am not forbidding anyone to create their own group...
