I'm going to be honest with you, Varjaca.
I believe you don't have enough experience to start groups, mainly because you're not a stable person, yet.Everyone can start groups and succeed, IF they have a large experience and remain for a considerable amount of time in a stable group.
I think that you need to stabilize - join a group for a couple of months and acquire some management experience.

I don't expect you to follow this advice, but I hope you can reflect on it.

Man, before Gvardia, there was SM (Serbian mafia) and then, all members of it joined Gvardia. But, how you wish. I think that this is bad idea.
