National Guard Awards-
Bronze Wings- Awarded for basic Aircraft Training. (Required for certain promotions)
Silver Wings- Awarded for basic Military Aircraft Training
Gold Wings- Awarded for Advanced Military Aircraft Training
Bronze Sail- Awarded for basic boating knowledge. (Required for certain promotions)
Silver Sail- Awarded for advanced boating knowledge.
Gold Sail- Awarded for Outstanding boating knowledge.
Marksmanship I- Awarded for basic marksmanship. (Required for certain promotions)
Marksmanship II- Awarded for advanced marksmanship. (Required for certain promotions)
Marksmanship III- Awarded for Outstanding marksmanship.
Basic Service Award- Awarded after 1 week of service.
Outstanding Service Award- Awarded after 1 month of service.
Veteran Service Award- Awarded after 3 months of service.
Bronze Star- Awarded for successfully completing 3 or more missions, Or obtaining a level 3 award.
Silver Star - Awarded for successfully completing 5 or missions, Or completing 2 level 3 awards, Must have CO's recommendation.
Gold Star- Awarded for successfully completing 10 or missions, Or completing all level 3 awards, Must have Generals recommendation.
RanksThe following is a list of all Ranks and their jobs.
General- This is the big man, He sits behind a desk writing complex training programs, He is also the man to come to for any problems within the National Guard.
Colonel- These are the top of the officers, They recive their orders directly from the General and are left in charge when the General is on leave.
Major- These are the officers that train other officers. They mainly help out the Warrant Officers with any problems.
Warrant Officer- These are the lowest of the officers. They train others in all fields, and are able to earn Service Awards and Stars.
Sergeant- This is the top of the chain for combat-ready troops. When there is a natural disaster or terrorist strike, These are the people who lead the troops into battle.
Corporal- These are the secound in commands during combat. They are autherized to use and weapon they chose including explosives.
Private- These are the most important part of the National Guard, They are the front lines for the United States of Argonath, and are autherized to use both the M4 and the SPAZ12 Combat Shotgun in times of crisis.
